Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in the UK, US, and other international markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
- Present and explain Digital Marketing, SEO, and related services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert inquiries into sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and project onboarding.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Telecalling, International Sales, or Business Development.
- Prior experience in Digital Marketing, SEO, Website Development, or related service sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling UK and US clients.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
