About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Hindi Teacher to join our Middle School faculty. The ideal candidate should possess strong language proficiency, a deep understanding of CBSE curriculum standards, and the ability to create an engaging and enriching learning environment for students.
The teacher will be responsible for developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while fostering appreciation for Hindi language and literature.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi language and literature to Middle School students in accordance with CBSE curriculum guidelines.
- Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons.
- Develop lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and learning materials.
- Enhance students’ grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, writing, and communication skills.
- Encourage participation through storytelling, discussions, debates, creative writing, and language activities.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and academic support.
- Maintain discipline and create a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
- Integrate digital tools and innovative teaching methods into classroom instruction.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
- Participate in school events, co-curricular activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Ensure adherence to school policies and CBSE academic standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Hindi or related field.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken Hindi.
- Good understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.
- Effective classroom management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern pedagogical practices.
