Full Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations of the office
- Handle facility management including housekeeping, maintenance, and security
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, AMC, and services
- Maintain office inventory, assets, and records
- Support travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation)
- Manage courier, dispatch, and documentation activities
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal activities
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for audits and compliance
- Provide administrative support to HR and Accounts teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in vendor and facility management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in corporate or IT environment
- Basic knowledge of office compliance and safety procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
