Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths & Science Teacher to teach students effectively, develop their academic skills, and create an engaging learning environment. The candidate should be able to explain concepts clearly, encourage critical thinking, and support students in achieving academic excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics and Science subjects as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct classroom teaching using interactive and student-centered methods.
- Evaluate students' performance through tests, projects, and regular assessments.
- Maintain attendance records, progress reports, and academic documentation.
- Provide remedial support to students who require additional assistance.
- Encourage practical learning through experiments, activities, and demonstrations.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Ensure classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and educational practices.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science/Mathematics (B.Sc./B.Ed.) or equivalent.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Science concepts.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with digital teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge may apply.
- Prior teaching experience of 1–3 years will be preferred.
