We are a high-end fabric store specializing in premium and bespoke printed fabrics, and we are looking for a polished, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who has a strong sense of style, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury textiles and fashion. Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting fabrics based on their needs, preferences, and design requirements
Provide a refined and personalized shopping experience to every client
Develop strong product knowledge about our exclusive fabric collections, textures, prints, and uses
Guide clients with fabric pairings, styling suggestions, and garment suitability Maintain visual presentation and organization of the showroom to reflect the brand’s premium aesthetic
Build and maintain relationships with designers, boutique owners, and individual clients Handle sales transactions, customer inquiries, and follow-ups professionally
Support inventory management and ensure fabrics are displayed neatly and accurately Work closely with the design and management team to ensure exceptional customer service
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
