We're looking for a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Content Creator to help showcase our projects through engaging visual content and grow our online presence.

Your Responsibilities
As our Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you will:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos at interior design and construction sites.
- Create cinematic project walkthroughs, before-and-after transformations, elevation shots, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Produce engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and videos for Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Edit videos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, VN, or similar editing software.
- Write compelling captions and simple scripts for social media posts.
- Publish content consistently across our social media platforms.
- Research trending audio, formats, and content ideas to improve reach and engagement.
- Help maintain a consistent visual identity and brand presence.
- Travel to project locations across Hyderabad for content creation.

We will provide the creative direction, project details, and content ideas—you'll bring them to life through high-quality visuals and editing.
What We're Looking ForRequired Skills
- Own an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 16 Pro, or newer model for professional-quality video recording.
- Intermediate video editing skills.
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and current social media trends.
- Ability to capture creative, cinematic footage using a smartphone.
- Basic communication skills in English, Hindi, or Telugu.
- Self-motivated, creative, and proactive.
- Comfortable traveling throughout Hyderabad for site visits.
Preferred (Bonus) Skills
- Experience creating content for interior design, architecture, construction, or real estate.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Creative storytelling and content planning.
- Understanding of viral content strategies and audience engagement.
Salary & Benefits
Salary
- Freshers: ₹20,000 per month
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on skills and portfolio)

- Performance-based salary review after 6 months.
- Fuel and travel expenses reimbursed for site visits.
- Company-provided content accessories (wireless microphone, tripod, lighting, etc.). (Phone not included.)
