- Supervise daily dispatch operations as per sales orders.
- Ensure correct quantity, batch, and invoice verification before dispatch.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle placement.
- Monitor loading process and prevent damage or shortages.
- Maintain dispatch documents (Invoice, Challan, E-way Bill, LR).
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance (for FMCG products).
- Update dispatch records in ERP/system.
- Prepare daily dispatch report and coordinate with sales & warehouse team.
