Order fulfilment — Manage dispatch, track shipments across platforms, handle Shiprocket for Shopify orders, and resolve weight discrepancy disputes and RTOs.
- Customer service — Handle buyer queries and complaints across all four platforms. Flag escalations.
- Product & catalogue — Upload new SKUs, update pricing and listings, manage catalogue across all seller panels.
- Tools you'll work in daily - Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Fabcouture Seller Panel, Shopify Admin, Shiprocket, Razorpay, Interakt, Google Sheets.
