Description
Our applications rely on a complex ecosystem that is supported by multiple engineering teams. As an Engineering Project Manager on the Customer Experience Engineering team, you will own the full project lifecycle for software engineering initiatives from business requirements and technical design through development, QA, and launch. You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while driving alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders across globally distributed teams. You will also facilitate effective communication between business and engineering teams to get issues resolved.

Technical background in software engineering with the ability to understand and articulate technical implications of project decisions
Experience working with vendors and contractors in a global delivery model.
Minimum Qualifications
Master of Business Administration.
1-2 years of hands-on experience in Engineering Project or Program management.
Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with relevant experience.
Proficiency in Agile (Scrum/Kanban), hybrid delivery methodologies, and associated tooling (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project, or equivalent).
