As a Research Intern – Parent Insights, you will contribute to an ongoing research study focused on understanding the experiences of parents with children aged 4–8 years.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify and connect with parents of children aged 4–8 years through your personal network, schools, communities, social circles, or other appropriate channels.
- Conduct approximately 20–30 structured parent interviews during the internship period, following the research framework provided by the company.
- Build trust and facilitate meaningful conversations with parents while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Record interview responses, observations, and key insights accurately using the prescribed documentation format.
- Identify recurring themes, challenges, and behavioural patterns emerging from parent interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned interviews.
- Maintain confidentiality, research ethics, and participant privacy throughout the study.
- Participate in regular review meetings to discuss interview findings and share field observations.
- Support continuous improvement of the research process by providing feedback from field experiences.
