- Take accurate food & beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, ensuring correct presentation and portion.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Handle guest complaints or requests politely and escalate issues to supervisors when required.
