As an HR Intern specializing in Talent Acquisition, you’ll play a key role in finding and engaging top talent to help us achieve our goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and screening resumes.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to match qualifications with job requirements.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts.
- Participate in onboarding new hires and ensuring a seamless start to their journey with the company.
What We’re Looking For:
- A current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Passion for talent acquisition and understanding of recruitment processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other job portals is a plus.
- A proactive, creative mindset and a desire to make a difference.
Duration: 6 months
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
