Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in modern web and mobile application development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MERN Stack, Flutter, React Native, scalable system architecture, authentication systems, and AI-integrated technologies.
The candidate must possess strong project planning abilities, Agile workflow experience, system design knowledge, and excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
- Design secure APIs, authentication systems, and database structures.
- Participate in project planning, sprint discussions, and technical decision-making.
- Implement scalable system architectures and event-driven workflows.
- Develop robust frontend and backend solutions using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and React Native.
- Design and manage relational and non-relational databases efficiently.
- Work on AI-integrated applications, RAG-based systems, and AI Agent workflows.
- Create scalable and maintainable system designs and workflows.
- Follow Agile development methodologies and industry-standard coding practices.
- Implement proper version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Troubleshoot, debug, test, and optimize application performance.
- Maintain clean, secure, scalable, and well-documented codebases.
