- Make outbound calls to warm/hot leads and convert inquiries into walk-ins. (Min 50 Calls/ Day)
- Handle telephonic queries related to study visas and provide accurate guidance as per current immigration & visa policies.
- Counsel students/parents on suitable courses, programs, universities/colleges, and career pathways based on their skills, interests, and goals.
- Assist students with profile building (SOP, LOR, resume) and support them through registration and query resolution.
- Follow up on leads from marketing teams to ensure conversion for respective countries.
- Maintain and update student records, visa status, reports, and weekly/monthly performance matrices.
- Participate in business development, marketing activities, and university training/workshops.
- Take reviews on platforms like Facebook, Google, and the company website.
- Travel to other locations for events, training, or sales support as required.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by superiors.
- Achieve allocated sales and student conversion targets.
- Should have Handled Countries-UK Canada/USA/Germany/Australia
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Study Abroad / Overseas Education Counseling / Immigration Counseling or related roles.
- Graduation is mandatory (any specialization).
- Strong communication, counseling, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work towards targets with a positive and professional approach.
- Passionate sales performer with a proven focus on converting inquiries into confirmed payments.

Office Hours:10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (Mon to Sat)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
