Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet company and customer quality standards. The role involves working with ERP systems for data entry, reporting, and tracking quality metrics. The inspector will collaborate with production and engineering teams to maintain high product quality standards in the automotive components sector.
Key Responsibilities:1. Quality Inspection & Assurance:
- Perform in-process inspection as per control plan
- Use measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, etc.)
- Maintain inspection records and reports
- Identify defects and support root cause analysis
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- ITI/Diploma Mechanical
- Basic drawing reading knowledge
- Experience: 1-3 years
