Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and result-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or business promotion. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content while generating leads through various online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads Manager, and Instagram marketing campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns for lead generation.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Generate leads through social media, Google, job portals, email marketing, and other digital platforms.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into business opportunities.
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and promotional content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Support branding activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Maintain the company's online reputation and respond to customer enquiries on social media.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, or any related field.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Understanding of Canva or other basic design tools is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
