Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee interior design projects at site. The candidate will ensure smooth execution of work, timely completion, and quality standards as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site activities for interior design projects
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, carpenters, and vendors
- Ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications
- Monitor project timelines and report progress to management
- Maintain quality control and safety standards at site
- Handle material planning, delivery, and stock management
- Solve on-site issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare daily/weekly site reports
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and manpower

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field
- Proven experience as Site Supervisor (interior or construction field preferred)
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and site execution
- Ability to read drawings and plans
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
