Position Overview
We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) to expand Kendoora’s presence in the market.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.
This role requires extensive field sales, networking, client meetings, and strategic account development.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Client Relationship Management
Develop relationships with:
- Real Estate Developers
- Builders
- Architects
- Interior Designers
- Contractors
- Furniture Dealers
- Channel Partners
- Corporate Clients
- Institutional Buyers
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms professionally.
- Close profitable business opportunities.
Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities.
- Identify market trends.
- Gather customer feedback.
- Recommend strategies for market expansion.
Reporting
Maintain accurate records of:
- Daily sales activities
- Client meetings
- Lead status
- Sales forecasts
- Weekly progress reports
- CRM updates
Candidate RequirementsExperience
- 2–6 years in B2B Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in one or more of the following industries is desired but not Mandatory
