Fresh De Goa Seafoods LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Export Documentation to handle export documentation and coordinate with customers , shipping lines , freight forwarders , CHA/customs agents and Government authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify commercial invoices , Packing Lists , Shipping Bills , Certificates od Origin , Bills of lading and other Export documents.
- Handle documentation related to seafood exports , health certificates , sanitary certificates and other regulatory requirements .
- Coordinate with MPEDA , EIC/EIA , Customs , CHA , shipping lines , freight forwarders and port authorities.
- Ensure accuracy of HS codes , product descriptions , quantities , weights , values and consignee details.
- Coordinate with production , quality , accounts and logistics team for shipment documentation.
- Ensure documents are prepared and submitted within shipping and customs cut-off deadlines.
- Coordinate with international buyers regarding their specific documentation requirements.
- Handle LC documentation and ensure compliance with LC terms wherever applicable.
- Track Export shipments and maintain complete shipment-wise documentation records.
- Coordinate documentation amendments and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain proper records of export shipments , certificates and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Indian export regulations and destination-country requirements.
- Support the accounts team with documents required for export payments and banking procedures.
Required Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate in Commerce , Business Administration , International Trade , Logistics or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in export documentation , preferably seafood/food exports.
- Good knowledge of customs , CHA procedures , shipping documentation and export processes.
- Experience with MPEDA/EIC/EIA documentation will be an advantage .
- Good knowledge of MS Excel , Word and email communication.
- Good English communication and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under strict shipment deadlines.
