Job Overview
Renown Group (Renown Mart) is hiring an ambitious International Sales Executive to drive revenue growth for our US eCommerce dropshipping and B2B digital services platform. In this role, you will handle outbound calls, engage directly with prospective US clients, qualify leads, build business relationships, and close sales during US operational hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Sales & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls, pitch dropshipping/eCommerce solutions, and initiate contact with potential B2B/B2C clients across North America.
- Deal Closing & Negotiation: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from qualifying leads and presenting service packages to negotiating terms and closing deals.
- Account & Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with US clients, address client queries, and upsell services.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed defined monthly and quarterly sales revenue goals.
- CRM & Reporting: Log daily calls, track client pipelines, and generate accurate sales reports using CRM software.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in International Sales, Outbound Cold Calling, or Business Development (US Voice Process preferred).
- Communication Skills: Neutral or American accent with fluent, persuasive English communication and strong objection-handling abilities.
- Work Preference: Must be comfortable working the full night shift on-site from our Noida office.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) and MS Office applications.
- Domain Exposure: Background in eCommerce, dropshipping platforms, SaaS, or digital solutions is a strong advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
