The Restaurant Captain / Manager provides dynamic, dual-layered leadership. On the floor, they act as the "Captain"—the face of premium service, driving guest satisfaction and guiding the floor team through high-volume shifts. Administratively, they act as the "Manager"—overseeing day-to-day operations, inventory tracking, cost controls, staff development, and cross-departmental coordination to maximize profitability and efficiency.
