About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Recruitment team in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. This role provides hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate data and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, documentation, and joining status.
- Assist in offer rollout and pre-joining engagement activities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruiters with various hiring and administrative activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (final year) or recent graduate.
- MBA/PGDM (HR) students and graduates are preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior internship or project experience in recruitment is an advantage.
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.
