Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled technology professional to design, develop, and deliver high-quality digital solutions for global clients. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to project execution, and ensuring solutions meet performance, quality, and scalability standards.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance agent-based AI systems (single and multi-agent)

Build and maintain RAG pipelines using LLMs and vector databases for policy, claims, and regulatory data.

Implement Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for prediction, classification, and anomaly detection.

Develop Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solutions for:

Claims documents
-
Policy forms
-
KYC and supporting documents
-
Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models) with business applications.

Implement agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Azure AI Foundry, or Microsoft Agent Framework.

Deploy and support AI services in cloud environments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
-
Implement logging, monitoring, validation, and basic AI safety controls.

Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to deliver insurance AI solutions.
