Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating qualified leads, conducting client meetings, and closing deals for our software development and IT service offerings.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT services sales, software sales, SaaS, ERP, CRM, web development, mobile applications, or custom software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, and market research.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and software demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams during pre-sales discussions.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records in CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly revenue and business acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, or Business Development.
- Experience selling custom software development, ERP, CRM, web applications, mobile applications, or IT services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in handling the complete B2B sales cycle.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn prospecting, and email outreach platforms is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with international clients is an advantage.
- Experience in SaaS or subscription-based software sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of digital transformation, cloud solutions, travel technology, ERP, or CRM solutions will be an added advantage.
