Job Description:
Device Assembly & Testing:
- Component Mounting: Manually place electronic components (resistors, capacitors, ICs) onto PCBs based on design schematics.
- Soldering: Perform hand soldering, reflow soldering, and touch-ups on PTH (plated through-hole) and SMT components.
- Component Preparation: Perform component lead forming, trimming, and cleaning.
- Assembly Machine Operation: Set up and operate automated machinery, such as pick-and-place machines, screen printers, and reflow ovens.
- Cable & Final Assembly: Perform manual assembly tasks, including cable stripping, tinning, attaching connectors, and final assembly of products.
Testing & Inspection
- Visual Inspection: Use magnifying glasses or automated optical inspection (AOI) tools to check for errors such as missing parts, incorrect component polarity, or defects in solder quality.
- Functional Testing: Conduct electrical tests, functional tests, and in-process checks to verify that PCBs operate according to specifications.
- Quality Control: Identify, document, and rework any failed components or solder defects.
- Assemble, inspect, and validate PCBs used for various Devices UAV systems. Perform rework and functional testing of PCBs
- Good knowledge of electrical and electronic circuit designs.
Safety & Procedures:
- ESD Compliance: Adhere to strict Electro-Static Discharge (ESD) protocols to prevent component damage.
- SOP Adherence: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Education: Degree or ITI/Diploma in Electronics.
- Experience: Previous experience in electronics assembly, soldering, or a manufacturing environment is generally preferred.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of electronic components, soldering techniques, and ability to read blueprints/schematics.
- Physical Dexterity: Excellent hand-eye coordination for handling tiny components.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in inspecting and soldering.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
