What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end daily operations of the outlet — floor, kitchen coordination, guest experience, and closing/opening protocols
- Lead and manage the on-ground team: Kitchen Coordinators, Cashiers, Servers, and support staff
- Ensure SOP compliance across food quality, hygiene, service speed, and guest handling
- Drive dine-in performance — covers, table turns, reservations, and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and day-to-day discipline within company policy
- Coordinate with Base Kitchen for stock, prep, and delivery timelines
- Track and report daily/weekly sales, incidents, and operational issues to founders
- Handle guest escalations and ensure service recovery standards are met
- Support rollout of new menu items, promotions, and content shoots on-site
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience managing a restaurant or QSR floor operation (dine-in experience preferred)
- Strong people management skills — comfortable leading a team of 10-15 staff
- Sharp eye for food quality, hygiene, and service consistency
- Comfortable with basic reporting, attendance tracking, and POS systems (we use Pet Pooja)
- Calm under pressure during peak hours (7-10 PM is our busiest window)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Mohali/Tricity area
