We are looking for a Sales Engineer to generate enquiries for tracked excavators, wheeled loaders, and compactors. This role involves conducting sales promotions, product demonstrations, and developing business opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate enquiries for tracked excavators, wheeled loaders, and compactors from the assigned market.
- Conduct sales promotion activities, product demonstrations, and roadshows.
- Meet existing and prospective customers to develop business opportunities.
- Analyze lost sales cases monthly to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with service engineers for customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Develop, maintain, and expand the customer base while supporting existing customers.
- Drive sales growth by increasing product sales and exploring new business opportunities.
- Plan area-wise customer visits and activities to achieve sales objectives.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, competitor activities, and market trends.
