We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager – Corporate and Marine Travel to lead our growth in the corporate and marine travel sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales, managing accounts, and leveraging technology to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth and Account Management:
Drive sales growth while managing and nurturing accounts in the Corporate and Marine Travel sectors to achieve revenue targets.
Promoting Tech Solutions:
Advocate and market innovative tools like self-booking portals to streamline travel management for clients.
Client Acquisition:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, building long-term relationships to expand market share.
Strategic Adaptation:
Continuously adapt business strategies in response to market trends and feedback to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills
Preferred Skills:
Proven experience in sales and account management, especially in Marine and Corporate Travel.
Expertise in promoting and implementing technology-driven solutions such as self-booking portals.
Strong industry knowledge with excellent strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 7-10+ years of senior-level experience in corporate travel management
Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
