Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Technical Trainer with a background in Engineering to join our team at Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma). This position requires you to work from our On Site location of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs for engineering concepts, tools, and techniques.
- Create engaging training materials, presentations, and hands-on activities to facilitate learning.
- Conduct training sessions virtually, catering to the needs of various learning styles.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize training programs based on organizational needs.
- Assist in the development of training schedules, curriculum, and training materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/Diploma) is essential.
- Proven experience as a technical trainer or similar role in the engineering field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and convey technical information effectively.
- Proficiency in using various training methodologies and tools.
