Job Summary
We are looking for a candidate to handle back-office operations, client coordination, and marketing support, documentation. The role involves working closely with the marketing team for social media activities and connecting with clients through calls for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle CRM operations and customer coordination from office.
- Maintain customer database, booking records, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Operations.
- Manage customer documentation, agreements, payment records, and possession-related processes.
- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely updates in CRM software and Excel sheets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper records and documentation with accuracy.
- Support backend operations and process coordination.
- Candidate must have minimum 2years of experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
