The role involves preparing technical documentation, understanding industrial machines and supporting engineering and sales activities. Based on performance, The responsibilities are aligned with common technical support and engineering documentation and maintain technical records
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the company's products
- Prepare professional PowerPoint Presentation for machines and technical solutions
- Create and maintain Technical Data Sheets, Product catalogues and technical documents
- Prepare standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s Installation Guides and User Manuals
- Assist in preparing technical records and product information
- Prepare 2D drawings and basic layouts using AutoCAD
- Support team in creating technical documents for customer and internal departments
- stay updated with new products, technologies and software
- Gain Exposure to Technical sales and customer interaction as [art of future career growth
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Good command on power Point, MS Excel and MS Word
- Basic Knowledge of Auto CAD
- Knowledge of any 3D CAD software
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Strong Willingness to learn industrial machines and new technologies
- Detail - oriented with good documentation skills
