Position Overview
FynnEdge Advisory is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and workplace coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a passion for building a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with management
- Manage onboarding and joining formalities
Employee Management
- Support employee engagement activities and team coordination
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy workplace relations
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and HR standards
- Coordinate training and performance review activities
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Administrative Support
- Support office administration and daily operations
- Coordinate with different departments for staffing requirements
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment updates
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes
- Basic understanding of HR policies
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 0–3 years of HR or recruitment experience

Pay: ₹11,419.54 - ₹32,025.70 per month
