Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to generate and nurture leads.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external vendors.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.
- Track marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or a similar role (freshers with relevant skills may also apply).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
