Position: Area Sales Manager (North)
Location: Delhi (Remote)
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Experience Required: 5-8 years
Client: D2C organic essential food brand
This job requires Frequent travel to Delhi and in the NCR area.
To drive sales growth, strengthen distributor networks, and expand retail presence across the North India region while ensuring effective channel and stakeholder management.
- Manage and expand distributor network across assigned territories
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve regional targets
- Strengthen retail presence, visibility, and market penetration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure effective execution of trade schemes, promotions, and activations
- Track sales performance, prepare reports, and review KPIs regularly
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for smooth operations
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy receivables
- 5–8 years of experience in FMCG/Food industry sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong distributor and channel management experience
- Good understanding of North India market dynamics
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Preferred Qualification: MBA in Marketing
