Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Account Executive with 2–4 years of experience in the beauty or related industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing corporate client accounts, handling financial operations, and ensuring smooth coordination between billing, collections, and reporting functions. Strong knowledge of accounting processes, GST compliance, and ERP systems is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1] Corporate Account Management:
Manage and maintain corporate client accounts, ensuring accurate financial records.
Prepare and monitor outstanding reports and ensure timely follow-ups for payments.
Handle payment adjustments and maintain client account reconciliations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
2] Accounting & Financial Operations:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Generate financial reports for management review and analysis.
Perform ledger reconciliation and maintain trial balance records.
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
3] Billing & Compliance:
Prepare GST invoices, E-way bills, and sales challans.
Ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
Work on ERP systems (such as Logic ERP, Tally, SAP, etc.) for transaction processing.
4] Order & Dispatch Coordination:
Oversee customer orders, billing, and dispatch processes.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfilment.
5] Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Maintain proper documentation and streamline accounting workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (BAF/B.Com).
2–4 years of experience in accounting or corporate account management (preferably in beauty/cosmetics industry).
Strong knowledge of GST, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with ERP software (Logic ERP, Tally, SAP, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
