We are currently building a dynamic recruitment team to work from our Andheri office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Source candidates through Indeed, Naukri, Apna, and other platforms
2. Source candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups etc.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions
4. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
5. Manage recruitment pipelines and maintain candidate records
6. Create job postings
7. Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Candidate Profile
1. HR Recruiters with 1–5 years of experience in searching, screening and shortlisting blue / green / white collar and C-suite roles, candidate communication and interview coordination.
2. You should be able to manage multiple vacancies under tight timelines and be result oriented and take responsibility for successful end-to-end process completion.
3. 1–5 years of recruitment experience
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Good candidate sourcing and screening abilities
6. Strong follow-up and coordination skills
7. Ability to work independently and handle multiple requirements
Work Details
Salary: ₹12,000–₹18,000/month
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai – near Lower Oshiwara Metro Station
Work Mode: Work from Office
Joining: Immediate
