Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Generate leads and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (if required).

Salary
Competitive salary with performance-based incentives and benefits, depending on qualifications and experience.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
