About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Cluster Head to lead operations, manage teams, and drive performance across assigned clusters. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage teams to achieve business objectives
Oversee cluster operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with organizational standards
Drive performance through effective planning, monitoring, and execution of strategies
Utilize MS Excel and reporting tools for data analysis and decision-making
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Implement fieldwork strategies to strengthen market presence and operational effectiveness
Uphold accountability, adaptability, and professionalism in all interactions
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
7–9 years of experience in leadership, team handling, and field operations
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools
Proven ability to manage large teams and deliver results under pressure
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Other Requirements
Presentable, professional, and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multi-location operations in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
