Role Overview
KINETIQ is looking for a dynamic, relationship-driven, and growth-oriented Partnerships & Business Development Associate to drive strategic partnerships and business expansion initiatives.
This role will focus on identifying and developing collaborations across corporates, schools, sports academies, healthcare professionals, fitness brands, wellness experts, and community networks to strengthen KINETIQ’s reach and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, institutions, sports academies, gyms, coaches, doctors, and wellness partners
- Initiate and manage tie-ups, strategic alliances, outreach campaigns, and engagement activities
- Coordinate wellness camps, events, activation programs, and community initiatives
- Generate and nurture leads through networking and business outreach
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership plans
- Track partnership pipeline, outcomes, and business impact
- Work closely with internal teams to execute collaboration initiatives
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in Business Development, Partnerships, Sales, Client Relations, or Strategic Alliances
- MBA preferred; background in Healthcare, Wellness, Physiotherapy, Fitness, or Sports is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
- Passion for health, fitness, wellness, and community building preferred
