Job Role – Logistics Executive
Location – Charni Road
JOB SUMMARY
Manages day-to-day outbound logistics operations including dispatch coordination, transporter management, and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery of pipes, fittings, and flanges to customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team for packing and loading of customer orders
2. Good experience in Pre-Shipment and Import Export
3. Prepare dispatch documents — delivery challan, e-way bill, packing list, lorry receipt
4. Track dispatches and proactively update clients and the sales team on delivery status
5. Coordinate with CHA and freight forwarders for export shipments
6. Maintain the dispatch log and delivery tracker accurately
7. Handle delivery complaints — short deliveries, damages — and coordinate rectification 8. Submit monthly dispatch MIS including volumes, freight cost, and delays
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Education: Any Graduate / B.Com Experience: 1–4 years in logistics or dispatch in manufacturing or trading company
Technical Skills: MS Excel / Tally/ERP (dispatch module) / e-Way Bill portal / GST e-invoice basics Soft Skills: Good coordination skills / Calm under pressure / Clear communication with transporters and clients
