We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Administrator with 5–6 years of
hands-on experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, servers,
security, and end-user support. The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, and
performance of IT systems while supporting business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, Microsoft 365 and
Azure AD.
- Manage VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and server lifecycle.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi, switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Implement endpoint security, antivirus, patch management, backups, and disaster recovery.
- Monitor infrastructure, perform capacity planning, and optimize performance.
- Manage cloud services (Azure/AWS), email security, and storage solutions.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support and mentor junior IT staff.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, SOPs, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with security policies and conduct vulnerability remediation.
Required Skills:
Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, VMware/Hyper-V, TCP/IP, DNS,
DHCP, VPN, Fortinet/Sophos/Cisco firewalls, Windows 10/11, Linux basics, PowerShell, backup
solutions, endpoint security, monitoring tools, ITIL concepts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field. Certifications such as Microsoft,
VMware, Cisco CCNA, Azure Administrator, or ITIL are preferred.
Experience: 5–6 years in IT Infrastructure/System Administration.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
