Whether you're interested in Tiles, Sanitary Ware, or both, we provide complete hands-on training and the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business.
What You'll Learn
At Umiya Decor, you won't just be doing sales—you'll gain end-to-end business knowledge, including:
- Product knowledge (Tiles and/or Sanitary Ware)
- Customer handling and relationship management
- Purchase and procurement process
- Inventory and stock management
- Quotation preparation and order processing
- Sales techniques and negotiation
- Billing, coordination, and after-sales support
- End-to-end workflow from purchase to final sales
Our goal is to develop future industry professionals by giving you practical exposure to every stage of the business.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting the right products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Coordinate with the purchase and warehouse teams.
- Prepare quotations and process orders.
- Achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
- Continuously learn about new products and market trends.
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for sales and customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in tiles, sanitary ware, or sales is an advantage, but freshers with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
