Job Summary
We are looking for reliable and responsible riders / delivery executives to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of orders, maintaining professional customer interactions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and traffic regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver orders/packages to customers within assigned areas.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Follow designated routes and optimize delivery schedules.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery when required.
Handle cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions, if applicable.
Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.
Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own smartphone with internet connectivity.
Good knowledge of Mumbai roads and local areas.
Basic communication skills in Hindi; knowledge of Marathi and/or English is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Physically fit and capable of handling delivery assignments.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
