Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Arc Welder for our interior modular furniture and fabrication factory. The candidate will be responsible for welding MS/SS frames, furniture structures, partitions, stair components, and other fabrication works as per drawings and production requirements. The role requires knowledge of fabrication, safety standards, and factory workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform ARC welding (SMAW) for MS and SS fabrication works.
- Weld furniture frames, tables, partitions, cabinets, staircase structures, and factory fabrication items.
- Read and understand fabrication drawings and measurements.
- Carry out cutting, grinding, fitting, marking, and finishing works before and after welding.
- Ensure weld quality and strength as per production standards.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, and fabrication tools safely.
- Coordinate with production and installation teams for smooth workflow.
- Maintain welding equipment and work area cleanliness.
- Follow factory safety procedures and use PPE at all times.
- Support fabrication and installation activities when required.
Requirements
- ITI Welder or relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in ARC welding/fabrication.
- Experience in interior factory or modular furniture industry preferred.
- Knowledge of MS/SS welding and fabrication works.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and use measuring tools.
- Basic knowledge of grinder, cutting machine, and hand tools.
- Physically fit to handle fabrication materials and factory work.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
