We are looking for a Shift In-Charge to join our footwear manufacturing unit. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their careers in production management. Candidates with Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is encouraged to apply. The Shift In-Charge will be responsible for managing production related activities, coordinating with the manpower, generating reports, maintaining stocks, performing preventive maintenance activities, and managing spare inventory.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure that production schedules are met.
- Manage and optimize production processes to ensure maximum efficiency and quality.
- Supervise and coordinate with the production workforce to ensure that they follow all protocols and produce high-quality products.
- Generate daily and weekly reports on production activities, including progress and any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of stock inventory and ensure that there is sufficient stock for production requirements.
- Perform preventive maintenance activities to ensure that all equipment is in good working order..
Requirements:
- BTech Mechanical graduate or Diploma holder
- Good knowledge of production processes
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
