Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and standards.
- Conduct inspection of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and records (NCR, CAPA, etc.).
- Perform internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Use measuring and testing instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to improve quality.
- Monitor supplier quality and conduct vendor inspections if required.
- Analyze quality data and recommend process improvements.
