We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the MEP industry. As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to promote services.
Experience - 1 year to 5 years
Location - Bhandup, Mumbai
You will also be responsible for cold calling, market research, meetings with prospective clients etc. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness and generate leads
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Manage and coordinate the creation and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Engineering, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging
- Manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and providing financial reports to senior management
- Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager / Executive in the engineering field shall be an added advantage
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including lead generation techniques, securing face to face meetings & cold calling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
