ROLE SUMMARY:
The Learning & Development (L&D) Executive is responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating employee learning programs that align with organizational goals and drive a high-performance culture. This role partners closely with HR Business Partners, functional leaders, and senior management to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted development solutions across all levels of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Training Design & Delivery
- Design and develop engaging learning content including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, blended learning programs, and job aids.
- Facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and virtual training programs for employees at all levels.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop technically accurate and contextually relevant content.
2. Learning Needs Analysis
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) in partnership with business units to identify skill gaps and development priorities.
- Analyze performance data, employee feedback, and business metrics to inform the annual L&D calendar.
3. Program Management
- Manage end-to-end execution of L&D programs including scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and budget tracking.
- Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS); track participation, completion, and assessment data.
- Coordinate onboarding learning journeys for new hires in partnership with HR and departmental teams.
4. Evaluation & Reporting
- Apply the Kirkpatrick Model or similar frameworks to evaluate training effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly L&D dashboards for HR leadership; present insights and recommendations.
5. Culture & Employee Development
- Champion a continuous learning culture by curating internal knowledge-sharing sessions, lunch & learns, and mentoring programs.
- Support leadership development initiatives, succession planning, and high-potential employee programs.
- Drive adoption of self-paced digital learning resources and promote learning in the flow of work.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in L&D, instructional design, or coaching is a plus (e.g., CPTD, ATD, CIPD, ICF).
Experience:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in a Learning & Development, HR, or Organizational Development role.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering multi-format training programs in a corporate environment.
- Experience working with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong instructional design skills with proficiency in authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate).
- Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable programs.
- High degree of stakeholder management ability; comfortable working across all organizational levels.
- Project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIS):
- Training completion rates and learner satisfaction scores (target: ≥ 85%).
- Reduction in identified skill gaps year-over-year as measured by TNA outcomes.
- Onboarding effectiveness score and new hire retention at 90 days.
- Number of learning hours delivered per employee annually.
- L&D program ROI and measurable business impact metrics.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
