About the Role
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and highly organised professional who can manage both Finance Operations (Primary) and HR Coordination activities efficiently.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling day-to-day accounts, invoicing, payroll coordination, vendor payments, employee documentation, recruitment coordination, and office HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and wants exposure to both finance and people operations in a fast-growing company environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesFinance Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and purchase orders
- Handle vendor payments and payment follow-ups
- Maintain daily accounting records and expense tracking
- Coordinate with CA/accountant for GST, TDS, compliance, and taxation activities
- Manage salary processing and payroll coordination
- Track receivables and follow up with clients for pending payments
- Maintain financial MIS reports and operational spreadsheets
- Support budgeting and operational finance activities
HR Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and employee joining formalities
- Handle attendance, leave tracking, and employee coordination
- Assist in internship management and student coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams for employee engagement activities
- Support policy documentation and HR operational activities
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Finance & Accounting basics
- Understanding of HR operations and employee coordination
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good command over Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude and ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com / MBA Finance / MBA HR / M.Com or equivalent
- Experience in handling both Accounts and HR operations is preferred
- Experience in startup or fast-growing company environment will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
