Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Head to lead our Admissions and Career Advisory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving student enrolments, managing Career Advisors, achieving admission targets, improving conversion rates, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the Career Advisor and Admissions team.
- Set and track admission and sales targets.
- Oversee lead management, follow-ups, and student enrolment processes.
- Analyze team performance and prepare sales reports.
- Develop strategies to improve admissions and conversions.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Training, and Operations teams.
- Handle escalated student and parent queries.
- Ensure adherence to admission processes and organizational policies.
- Guide students and early professionals toward the right courses and internship programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Experience in EdTech, Training Institutes, Education, or Career Services is preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in Sales, Admissions, or Business Development.
- Prior experience managing a team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
